1. What are the specific areas of weakness you remember identifying in your fitness appraisals that you wanted to address with your exercise program?
The specific areas of weakness in my fitness appraisal that I want to address in my exercise program are stamina and muscle fitness.
2. What are your goals for this fitness program? (to have fun, lose weight, socialize, look better, get stronger, improve athletic performance, etc.)
My goals for this fitness program are to have fun and improve my stamina.
3. List specific examples of what motivates you to participate in and stick to your regular exercise program?
I have some friends that are heavily involved in sports, same as I used to be. However, my performance has drastically dropped following my entry into CEGEP, while theirs has stayed at an all-time high. I believe that my lack of stamina has stopped me from playing high intensity sports for a longer period. That's why, in order to keep up with friends, I would have to stick to my regular exercise program.
4. List the specific barriers or excuses which prevents you from participating in and sticking to your exercise program and possible solutions to overcome each barrier?
Some of the barriers and excuses that might affect my participation are time/school. As university life is approaching, the study load will only keep growing, which will leave me less and lesser time to dedicate myself to doing exercise programs. Possible solutions to overcome this barrier is have a friend to keep me in check, so I don't become discouraged. If I study with this partner and exercise with this partner, It would be easier to gain motivation and avoid procrastinating/be productive.
