Workout 5 Week 3
This week, I focused on the cardiovascular endurance fitness component and went for walks. I went on 3 different walks this week.
The last 3 pictures show my Friday evening, where I went to visit high school friends that attended Ahuntsic College and College Andre-Grasset. I was there from 14:30 PM, all the way to 19:00 PM, so a total of 4 and a half hours. The schedule was me leaving school and taking the bus/walking to College Ahuntsic. I was shown around by my friends for over an hour. We then walked the long way to College Andre-Grasset with some friends that went there. I was also shown around the school for about an hour. We walked back to College Ahuntsic once again to meet up with a friend that was not there earlier. And at 18:00 PM, I walked back to take the metro Cremazie and then walked back home in Laval. Although I didn't record much from Runkeeper app, due to times I had to pause for me being idle (traffic lights, bathroom breaks, etc...) I would estimate that day alone, I walked for maybe 3 and a half hours. In both CEGEPs, there are 4-5 floors, which we all visited, so I climbed many flights of stairs. This workout focused on my hamstrings, quadriceps, calves and glutes.
