Workout 7 Week 4
For workout 7, week 3, I went on 3 walking/jogging/running sessions (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). This falls under the cardiovascular endurance fitness component. Each session ranges from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. They were around 60-85% of max HR. These activities trained my leg muscles, as well as my cardiovascular endurance.
The runs were made around the school after school hours, so I wore my backpack to make it a little more difficult. I would walk in more dangerous areas, so near cars, and I would run/jog in safer areas, so on the grass or on the sidewalks. Here are 3 photos showing my Runkeeper Application progress this week:
In total I walked/jogged/ran around 8.6 kilometers.
