Workout 8 Week 4

 For workout 8 week 4, I worked on muscle endurance. I did 2 sessions, one on morning Wednesday and one on Saturday evening. Each session contained 4 exercises obtained from the video called "The ONLY Dumbbell Workout That You NEED (FULL BODY) by the channel named Mind Pump TV. 

The first exercise worked the lower body, so the leg muscles. I did 3 sets of 10 walking lunges.

The second exercise worked the back muscles. I did 3 sets of 10 dumbbell rows. 

The third exercise worked the upper body, specifically the shoulder muscles. I did 3 sets of 10 shoulder pressed.

Lastly, the fourth exercise worked on the biceps. I did 3 sets of 10 biceps curls.

So in total for a single exercise session, I did 120 reps in total. I used 7 kg free weights for all the exercises.
