Workout 12 Week 6

 For workout 12, week 6, I did some dynamic stretches. It`s part of the flexibility fitness component and are done before workouts to prepare the body for physical activities such as running or sports. Here, I did 3 sessions of dynamic stretching before a jogging session and before the floor hockey class. The first two sessions were done on school grounds while the second one was done at home before going to floor hockey. The exercises done in the sessions were taken from the video called "30 Minute Full Body Standing Stretching Workout/ Static and Dynamic Stretches" from the channel Bryan Syuki - Focus Fitness.

Although the video was 30 minutes long, it had both static and dynamic stretches, so I had to pick out the dynamic ones. Each session lasted about 10 minutes and stretches all the major muscle groups, such as the lower body (hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, hip flexors), upper body (chest, shoulders, back, arms, hands), etc...
