Workout 13 Week 7
For workout 13, week 7. I completed 2 walking sessions. They were done on Monday and Tuesday and Thursday. This was part of the cardiovascular endurance fitness component. 60-85% of max HR. The lower body was trained (legs). This week, the sessions were kept more consistent and lengthy. They were around 40 minutes each. The total kilometer walked was 8.5 kilometers. Although it is less kilometers than last week, I focused on consistency.
