Workout 14, Week 7

 For workout 14 week 7, I worked on muscle endurance. I did 2 sessions, Each session contained 8 exercises obtained from the video called " 10 min dumbbell upper body workout at home - upper body workout for strength by the channel named Kyle Schaefer | At Home Workouts. 

The exercises done were Shoulder Presses, Wide Curls, Windshield Wipers, Right and Left Kickbacks, Fly's, Hammer Curls, and Low-To-High Fly's. All of these exercises were done for 30 seconds and repeated twice. The muscles worked were shoulders, biceps, back, core, brachialis, extensors, and flexors. I used 7 kg free weights for all the exercises.
