Workout 15 Week 8

 For workout 15, week 8. I completed 2 walking sessions. They were done on Tuesday and Friday. This was part of the cardiovascular endurance fitness component. 60-85% of max HR. The lower body was trained (legs). This week, I went back to taking a longer walk. This is the longest walk out of all the sessions. 

This walk was done on Friday, where I went to visit my friends once again at College Ahuntsic and College Andre-Grasset. Once again, I didn't quite turn on the runkeeper app, so the workout should be longer. It was probably more around 8 kilometers as we walked for well over 3 hours. 

The total kilometers for both sessions combined was 10 kilometers in 3+ hours.
