Workout 16 Week 8

For workout 16, week 8. I performed some static stretches. It is part of the flexibility fitness component. Static stretches are done after exercises to increase flexibility and helping with muscle soreness. The stretches were held at the point of tension for 20-30 seconds each. The exercises were gathered from the channel called HASfit. Unlike previous exercises where I followed the exercises from a singular video, I decided to pick out different stretches across multiple videos to avoid repetition. I completed 2 sessions of stretching following both of my runs for my other workouts. I stretched both upper and lower body, the specific muscles that were targeted were hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, hip flexors, glutes, upper back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, wrists, and hands.
